There is no air condition, that is not accurate and I should get a refund. Just a fan. This feels more like a house that was converted into a hotel and my room was just a bedroom in a house with a bathroom. I got bit by a spider .. the service was good..

It was my second time staying at Five to Five hotel and their service is always on high level, nice staffs and very helpful, free airport pick up and drop off 27/4 on , nice food and clean environment I really recommend anyone who is visiting Kigali Rwanda to stay here
